Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times differ for each country, so please check our shipping page for more information. All international orders are sent tracked for extra peace of mind.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

NEW!: UK orders placed before midday Mon-Fri will be shipped same day! -- (Not guaranteed around Bank Holidays & peak times - during these times, orders will be dispatched within the usual 1-3 working days)

Worldwide orders (orders to any country other than the UK) will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

 

How long does shipping take?

Please check our shipping page for more information on shipping times to your country. Please note, we cannot 100% guarantee specific delivery days or times, as postal services may have delays that are beyond our control. 

 

What kind of paper are your prints printed on?

Our prints are printed on high quality heavyweight, matte paper. We promise you'll love the finish.

 

How are prints delivered?

Unframed prints are rolled up and shipped out to you in a thick, durable postal tube or envelope for protection. Framed prints are delivered to you well packaged with cardboard boarders & protective cellophane.

 

What is your returns policy?

Please check our returns policy here.

 

My item has been damaged in transit, what shall I do?

If your item has been damaged in transit, please send us a photo of the damaged print and packaging along with your order number within 5 working days and we will send you a replacement :)

Do you offer custom prints?

Prints are listed in cm/inches - which one will my order be printed in?

This depends on the country where your print is being produced (we have four production labs worldwide). In short, prints with a delivery address in USA, Australia & New Zealand are printed in inches. Prints with a delivery address in the UK, Europe, Canada and anywhere else in the world will be printed in cm.

 

Can you print at a size that's not listed?

We sell prints in a variety of sizes up to 18x24" / 45x60cm. If you require an alternative size, we can probably help. Please get in touch here :) Please note we can't offer square prints.

 

What size frame should I buy?

You can now purchase your prints framed! However if you'd prefer to source your own frames, we recommend not using a mount (mount = the white space/border around the inside of the frame, between the frame edge and the print), although this is totally down to personal preference. EG - if you've ordered a 40x50cm print, we recommend buying a 40x50cm frame!
