What is your returns policy?
We don't offer returns, exchanges or cancellations on unframed prints, however please see below if your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived at all.
Framed Prints (excludes Custom Prints)
We offer a 14 day returns policy on framed prints, which means you have 14 days after receiving your framed order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your framed order must be returned in the same saleable condition it was received in and in its original packaging. The framed prints must still be intact - this means they must NOT be unwrapped, and must still have the cellophane & corner guards intact. We are unable to accept any return if you have unwrapped the cellophane from around your order.
Please note, you are responsible for the return shipping fee, and the original shipping fee won’t be refunded. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage. If your return arrives damaged, we will not be able to process your return - please take extra care when repacking your item.
To start your returns process, please email us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your return. Any return sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Custom Prints & Gift Cards
Custom prints (framed or unframed) and gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.
My order has been damaged in transit, what shall I do?
If your order has been damaged in transit, please send a photo of the damaged item and the damaged packaging along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 working days and we will send you a replacement.
My order hasn't arrived, what shall I do?
All UK untracked orders (Royal Mail 1st & 2nd Class) are sent via Royal Mail track and trace. This doesn't give live tracking, but updates once your package has been delivered, or delivery has been attempted.
If your item hasn't arrived within 10 working days, please email us at email@example.com to let us know, and we will send you out a replacement free of charge. Please note, mail and delivery providers may experience delays that are beyond our control.
